What about the monster?

Why do you think the monster actually led Frankenstein so far? Do you think that after so much planned torture and pain for Frankenstein, the monster could change his mind so quickly? Did the monster ever really hate Frankenstein? If not, then why did he lead him to his death?

Immolation

Do you think the Monster will fulfill his promise? What do you think of him now?

What would you do? again...

What would you do if you were Walton at the end of the book when you met the monster? Would you have listened to him? Try to kill him immediately and fulfill Frankenstein's request? Would you let the monster go to kill itself? Why?

Oh, and if you were the monster, what would you do now that Frankenstein is gone?

Poor monster....

All this time we have been reading about the "monster", but who really is the monster? Didn't Victor create this mess? Do you think the author made this reference on purpose?
